We scrubbed it at home and got the worst off but it needed a professional cleaning and buffing. I took it to Ferro and they not only knew the make but popped it in a sonic scrubber and it came out looking like new. They said it was on the house. Crisis resolved in 24 hours. Truly nice people and gracious too.
