  Von Bargen's rocks! They have exquisite, high-quality selection and a very pleasant staff. I worked with Jill to find the perfect engagement ring. Jill made the process incredibly easy and legitimately fun. We chatted about my fiancee, our relationship, the price point, and the ideal ring design. She educated me about the diamond market, pricing options, and aesthetic design options every step of the way. Jill was extremely communicative. I never once felt pressured or rushed to make an investment. Jill was primarily concerned with helping to find the best ring which made the experience very special. I ended up with a gorgeous custom-designed ring, a collection of high-quality pictures that illustrated the creation process (design, cutting, molding, forging, polishing, etc.), and a very happy fiancee!
